2012 has been a year of change for Bussart Law Firm. Lee Bussart Bowles won her race for Marshall County General Session Judge and has completed or transferred her cases within the firm. Although she will be missed, we wish her well in her new career.
Jason Davis is a new associate with the firm. He joined Bussart Law Firm in December 2011. He graduated in 2011 from Nashville School of Law and is a native of Martin, Tennessee. Jason is busy with a variety of cases but hopes to focus on Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Probate practice. He will also handle all of our business-related matters.
Louisa Jackson Davis has been with Bussart Law Firm on and off as an intern, legal assistant, and currently paralegal, since 2006. She graduated from Nashville School of Law in May 2012 and upon obtaining her license to practice law, she will become our newest associate. Louisa will focus her practice on Family Law, Civil Litigation and Social Security Claims. Louisa is a native of Lewisburg and is married to Jason Davis. They have one son born in June 2012.
Walter Bussart just completed his forty-fifth year of practice and is as busy as ever. He handles the Personal Injury practice and Criminal Cases. Walter continues to serve as a Director of the First Commerce Bank and is a proud grandfather of Addie and Kate Youmans who live in Chattanooga.
Debbie Liggett is completing her 22nd year as the Office Manager and Paralegal at Bussart Law Firm. She is also busy with activies such as the Secretary of the Lewisburg Elks Lodge and member of Lewisburg Junior Auxiliary League.
